Thursday, May 17th, 2018, Altura will host a 7-course dinner paired with wines made and presented by Chad Stock of Minimus Winery in Oregon.  Chad’s Avant-garde approach has led to a unique catalogue of wines that provide individualized expressions of grapes not commonly produced in Oregon, or, as Jordan Michelman described in Willamette Week, “some of the weirdest wine anyone makes in North America.”

Chad and Chef Nathan have collaborated to create an evening that celebrates their shared value of innovation in the pursuit of perfection. They will present and discuss a hand-picked selection of Chad’s wines alongside dishes designed by Nathan to explore their depth and nuance, in an evening that expands how we think about wine.
