Altura celebrates the Pacific Northwest’s natural bounty with the ingredient-driven principles of Italian cooking. We create a tasting menu inspired by seasonal ingredients gathered from farmers, foragers, our garden and the sea.
During King County’s Phase Two reopening, our dining room is open for dinner Wednesday – Saturday to a limited number of reservations with social distancing measures in place.
We also offer a five-course Altura take home menu available for pickup Wednesday-Sunday at our sister restaurant, Carrello, located right across the street.
