Altura celebrates the Pacific Northwest’s natural bounty with the ingredient-driven principles of Italian cooking. We create a tasting menu inspired by seasonal ingredients gathered from farmers, foragers, our garden and the sea.  

 

Our dining room will be closed until the state-mandated closure of restaurants is lifted. We are channeling all of our resources into expanding our take-out program. We are currently offering an 8 course take-out menu, as well as a la carte options.
