Each day we create a tasting menu created from fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty imports. We are able to accommodate most allergies or dietary restrictions with advance notice.

We offer three different pairings designed to enhance each course. Pairings may be purchased in advance, but you are always welcome to add or adjust at the time of dining.
The Wine Pairing highlights the beauty of classic Italian wine and innovative natural styles, alongside global and local selections.
The Zero Proof Pairing follows the same pairing philosophy using ingredients from the kitchen, fresh juices, specialty teas, and herbal infusions.
The Balancing Act alternates between both pairings, providing variety as well as moderation.

**Reservations are prepaid and subject to a 48-hr cancellation policy. Gift cards cannot be used for reservation deposits, though we are happy to refund any prepayment at the time of dining so you can redeem a gift card or use a different form of payment.
