Each night we create a tasting menu inspired by the season’s offerings. All guests are seated at once, and participate in the same meal from their individual table or counter seats.

Due to the size of our kitchen and the complexity of each course, we are unable to be as flexible with arrival times as we would like. Once the meal has begun, we are unable to hold courses back or serve them ahead of time. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your reservation time may result in missing courses.
Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your reservation, as we do not have a waiting area for guests to sit or stand, prior to their designated reservation time!
Please allow 3-3.5 hours from the time you arrive until the final course is completed. Should you need to leave early, we will happily send you away with any items that can be packaged to carry out. Please note, most of our dishes are not fit to travel.

We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with 48 hour notice. If you have any restrictions, please contact us directly or indicate when you book your reservation. We are unable to entirely omit garlic, eggs, or butter.

For parties larger than 10 people, we require a full-restaurant buyout. If you are interested in booking a private event, please fill out the fields on the Private Even Request Form
Please note that for restaurant buyouts, we require a 50% deposit 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the date of the reservation. After the 28 day cancellation window, the deposit will be non-refundable. Please give us a final head count and indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies 7 days (1 week) prior to your reservation.
